Appointments outside of Alachua County may be subject to an additional $50 travel fee depending on distance.

We do not charge cancellation fees. However, we ask that you let us know as early as possible if you have to change your appointment time. We often book up in advance, and so early notice could allow us to fit in another person who wants our services.
If your pet needs immediate medical attention, please call the UF Emergency Department, BluePearl Gainesville, UrgentVet Gainesville, CCVS Meadowbrook, or your regular veterinarian. We do not provide emergency care or primary care veterinary services.
